Der Premed-Abschnitt vermittelt die naturwissenschaftlichen Grundlagen, wenn du sie noch nicht mitbringst. Der vorklinische Abschnitt umfasst fünf Semester zu je 15 Wochen auf dem Campus in Willemstad. Der klinische Teil beginnt mit einer sechswöchigen Einführung und besteht aus sechs Kernrotationen zu je zwölf Wochen an Partnerkliniken.
