Ab dem dritten Jahr verschiebt sich der Schwerpunkt auf die klinischen Fächer mit Innerer Medizin, Chirurgie, Pädiatrie, Gynäkologie, Neurologie und Psychiatrie, verbunden mit Praktika am Universitätsklinikum Mostar.
