What does Israel's Yatziv reform mean for Israeli students at East European University?

Israel's Ministry of Health ties admission to the Israeli medical licensing exam to the institution where a doctor studied. For Israelis who began studying in 2019 or later, all institutions in OECD member states count as approved, plus institutions in other countries that the Ministry lists individually.
