You earn the same Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as students at Webster's home campus in the United States, while living in the Netherlands, one of the most international study countries in Europe.

Two intakes, no numerus clausus

Applications go directly to the university, with intakes in August and January. There is no numerus clausus: your transcripts, a short essay and your English level decide.

Small classes, close contact

Classes are small, lecturers know their students by name, and the international student body makes it easy to settle in quickly.

Tuition at Webster Leiden is approx. €17,700 per academic year. Living costs in Leiden are around €850–1,250 per month, with rent being the largest item. Student housing is limited, so start your search early.

For the full four-year Bachelor, plan roughly €112,000–130,000 including tuition and living costs.

You apply directly to Webster Leiden with your school-leaving certificate and transcripts, a short personal essay and proof of English. There is no numerus clausus and no entrance exam.

The programme combines core psychology courses such as developmental, social and clinical psychology with research methods, statistics and electives across the liberal arts. Class sizes are small and discussion-based.

Leiden is compact, historic and ideal by bike. The Hague is a few minutes away by train and Amsterdam less than an hour, so internships and weekend trips are easy to organise.
