Study Nursing Abroad
An English-taught Bachelor of Science in Nursing at a recognised European university: no entrance exam at most faculties, a degree that meets the EU standard for general care nurses, and one team that gets you in and stays with you until graduation.
Why study nursing abroad
Nursing is one of the most sought-after professions worldwide. A European nursing degree opens doors across the EU, the UK, Switzerland, the Gulf states and beyond.
Taught in English
Lectures, exams and clinical supervision in English. You learn the local language step by step for patient contact during your placements.
EU standard for general care nurses
Programmes at EU universities follow Directive 2005/36/EC, the basis for recognising nursing qualifications across all EU and EEA countries and Switzerland.
No long waiting lists
Admission is based on your school-leaving certificate and a short interview or test at most faculties. You can start at the next intake instead of waiting years.
Affordable tuition
Tuition for English-taught nursing degrees in Central and Eastern Europe typically lies between €3,000 and €8,000 per year, with moderate living costs.

Where you can work after graduation
Your degree is the starting point for a registered nursing career in many countries.
EU, EEA and Switzerland
Nursing is a sectoral profession under EU law. With a degree from an EU university and the required language level, you register as a general care nurse in the country of your choice.
Germany
Hospitals across Germany recruit internationally trained nurses. With German at B2 level your EU degree is recognised, and many employers support language courses and relocation.
United Kingdom and Ireland
English-taught graduates register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland after the respective competence assessment.
Gulf states and worldwide
Countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar actively hire BSc-qualified nurses. A bachelor degree is the standard entry level for licensing exams there.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an entrance exam to study nursing abroad?
At most of our faculties no. Admission is based on your school-leaving certificate, your English level and in some cases a short interview or online test.
Is a nursing degree from abroad recognised?
Degrees from EU universities follow Directive 2005/36/EC and are recognised across the EU, the EEA and Switzerland. For countries outside Europe, you register through the local nursing authority, and we show you the route before you apply.
Which English level do I need?
Usually B2. Many faculties accept a certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL, school grades in English or an internal English test.
Can I switch from nursing to medicine later?
Yes. Nursing experience strengthens your application for medicine, and some universities recognise individual courses. Our consultants plan this route with you if medicine is your long-term goal.
How much does it cost?
Tuition for English-taught nursing degrees typically ranges from €3,000 to €8,000 per year, depending on country and university. In your free consultation we show you the exact fees of the faculties that suit you.
When should I apply?
For the October intake, ideally between January and June. Places in English-taught programmes are limited, so an early application gives you the widest choice.
