Die Medizinische Fakultät der Universität Novi Sad besteht seit 1960 und ist die größte medizinische Ausbildungsstätte der autonomen Provinz Vojvodina. Die englischsprachigen integrierten Studiengänge Human- und Zahnmedizin dauern jeweils sechs Jahre und umfassen 360 ECTS. Die Jahrgangsgrößen sind klein, zuletzt wurden 15 Plätze in Humanmedizin und 13 in Zahnmedizin vergeben. Die klinische Ausbildung findet am Universitätsklinikum der Vojvodina statt; im Entgelt sind Zugang zur digitalen Bibliothek und elektronische Lehrbücher enthalten.

Human- und Zahnmedizin sind in Novi Sad als integrierte Studiengänge über sechs Jahre mit 360 ECTS aufgebaut, verteilt auf zwölf Semester. Die Jahre eins und zwei sind vorklinisch geprägt: Anatomie, Physiologie, Biochemie, Histologie und Embryologie bilden die Grundlage. Ab dem dritten Jahr folgt der klinische Abschnitt mit Innerer Medizin, Chirurgie, Pädiatrie, Gynäkologie, Neurologie und Psychiatrie; die Praktika finden am Universitätsklinikum der Vojvodina statt. Das letzte Jahr besteht überwiegend aus praktischer Arbeit auf Station und entspricht damit dem deutschen Praktischen Jahr.
