Ab dem dritten Jahr folgt der klinische Abschnitt mit Innerer Medizin, Chirurgie, Pädiatrie, Gynäkologie, Neurologie und Psychiatrie, verbunden mit Praktika an der Universitätsklinik in Târgu Mureș.
