Ab dem dritten Jahr folgt der klinische Teil mit Innerer Medizin, Chirurgie, Pädiatrie, Gynäkologie, Neurologie und Psychiatrie, jeweils verbunden mit Praktika an den Universitätskliniken in Cluj-Napoca.
