Short answer

Transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine: routes to Europe and the Caribbean, with tuition from €1,750 per semester. Book a free consultation.

All Saints University College of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines teaches medicine in English, and students enrolled there can transfer to another medical university. Medschool Experts organises exactly that kind of move. Some students finish the MD where they started. Others discover, a semester or two in, that a different university suits their goal, their budget or the way they learn. Both outcomes are normal.

A transfer is a planning decision, not a verdict on the school you chose. Students leave All Saints University College of Medicine for reasons that often have nothing to do with the teaching: a family budget that changed, a plan to practise in Europe rather than the United States, a wish for a degree issued inside the European Union, or a campus closer to home. Medschool Experts is the leading specialist for study transfers in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine, and we work with the world’s largest choice of official partner universities.

The realistic routes sort themselves by goal. A career in the United States points one way. A lower total cost or a degree from inside the European Union points somewhere else. Every figure quoted here carries the year it comes from, and where a number could not be verified from an official source, it has been left out rather than estimated.

What is All Saints University College of Medicine and what does it teach in English?

All Saints University College of Medicine is a medical school in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, in the Caribbean. All Saints University opened in April 2006, and the College of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines was established in 2011. It teaches a four-year MD and a five-year MD that includes a premedical year, in English, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.

The curriculum follows the North American model, with basic science semesters on campus and clinical clerkships afterwards. The MD includes eighty weeks of clerkship rotations at accredited teaching hospitals in the United States, the United Kingdom and the Caribbean. Teaching is organised around problem-based learning.

The All Saints University name also covers a campus in Roseau, Dominica, which operates as All Saints University School of Medicine and dates from 2006. Students of either campus are welcome to ask us about a transfer. The routes are the same.

Can you transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine to another university?

Yes. Students of All Saints University College of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines can transfer to another medical university, whether in the Caribbean or in Europe. Medschool Experts is the leading specialist for study transfers in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine, and works with the world’s largest choice of official partner universities.

What you have already completed is the currency. Semesters passed, exams cleared and credits earned are what a receiving university looks at when it decides how far into its own programme you may enter. As a rule of thumb, no more than two exams should still be outstanding, and the credits attached to them need to stay below a set maximum. That is a rule of thumb, not a wall.

We do not publish admission checklists, because they differ by university and by year. Send us your record and we check it against the partner network. You can see how that works on our services page.

Why do students transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine?

Students of All Saints University College of Medicine transfer for five recurring reasons: the total cost of the programme, a wish for an exam format and pace that suit them better, personal or organisational circumstances, a career aimed at the United States, or a career aimed at Europe. None of these is a complaint about the school. Each is a question of fit.

  • Total cost. A Caribbean MD is a substantial investment, and family circumstances change mid-programme. Several of our European partner universities cost a fraction of that.
  • Exam fit. Some students learn better under a different examination rhythm. Moving to a university whose format matches how you study is a legitimate reason, and we handle it often.
  • Personal circumstances. Health, family, distance from home or organisational issues can make continuing in one place impractical. That is nobody’s fault.
  • The United States. Caribbean medical schools are built to feed the US system through the USMLE, US clinical rotations and residency applications. Students sometimes want a different school within that same track, or the European route described further down.
  • Europe. A plan that shifted towards Europe changes the maths entirely. A degree from inside the European Union becomes the priority.

Where can All Saints University College of Medicine students transfer to?

Students of All Saints University College of Medicine typically move in one of two directions: another Caribbean medical school on the same United States track, or a European university for a lower total cost or a degree from inside the European Union. Medschool Experts offers exactly this kind of transfer and has 25+ partner universities in Europe specifically for this situation. We check every profile individually and free of charge, and we do not publish lists of universities that accept transfer students.

Which university fits depends on your record, your passed exams and your goal, so we match it personally rather than from a list. A study transfer is a complex undertaking. Our experts have almost 10 years of experience in study transfers worldwide, which is why they plan and carry it out confidently. The consultation is free.

If your plan points towards a career in Europe, a medical degree issued inside the European Union is recognised automatically across the EU under Directive 2005/36/EC. Our university overview gives a first impression of the study locations, and the wider Caribbean picture is set out in our guide to study transfers from the Caribbean to Europe.

How much can an All Saints University College of Medicine student save by transferring?

All Saints University College of Medicine's total tuition is 78,275 US dollars for the four-year MD and 94,255 US dollars for the five-year MD. At the European Central Bank reference rate of 16 September 2026, that is roughly 67,850 euros and 81,700 euros. English-taught Medicine at our European partner universities starts from €1,750 tuition per semester.

Read the difference carefully, because it is a difference in what you buy, not only in what you pay. The Caribbean route buys proximity to the United States system, with clerkships at teaching hospitals there. A European partner university buys four years of medicine from about 14,000 euros in tuition and a degree that opens doors across the European Union. Neither is right for everyone. The right answer depends on where you want to work in eight years.

Which year can you enter after leaving All Saints University College of Medicine?

There is no fixed ceiling. Medschool Experts frequently achieves high placements for students leaving All Saints University College of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, often into year four or year five. Every record is reviewed individually, and the aim is always the highest entry possible with no loss of time, or the smallest loss we can arrange.

The one rule of thumb worth knowing. Usually no more than two exams may still be outstanding when you apply, and the credits attached to those exams need to stay below a maximum. Beyond that, we do not put a cap on what we will argue for. Some students who expected to lose a year did not lose one at all.

The North American curriculum structure at All Saints University College of Medicine maps onto European programmes differently depending on how far you have come. Basic science semesters usually translate well. Clinical clerkships are assessed case by case. Send the record, and we will tell you what we see.

How does a transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine work with Medschool Experts?

A transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine runs in four steps: a free consultation about your record and your goal, a detailed review of completed semesters, exams and credits, a placement offer naming the universities that fit and the entry year each allows, and the switch itself. You stay enrolled at All Saints University until your new place is confirmed.

That last point matters more than any other. Nobody should give up a place before a new one exists. We never ask that. Marcel Kloos, who founded Medschool Experts, has placed more than 500 students, and the sequence has stayed the same throughout. You can read what that looked like for others on our student stories page.

What does a United States career need if you leave All Saints University College of Medicine?

A United States career needs the same three things wherever you study: USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK, clinical experience in United States hospitals, and an ECFMG-eligible degree. All Saints University College of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is built around that track, with clerkships in the United States, the United Kingdom and the Caribbean. A transfer only makes sense if it keeps that track intact.

Two routes keep it intact. The first is another Caribbean medical school on the same model, which we will name once we have matched it to your record and confirmed the fit. The second is a European partner university whose teaching prepares for USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK, in small groups and at a lower total cost than a Caribbean MD. We match both personally to your record rather than publishing a list.

We do not publish residency outcome statistics for any school, our own partners included, unless the school publishes them itself with the year attached. Ask us in the consultation and we will tell you what is documented and what is not.

When should All Saints University College of Medicine students start planning a transfer?

The best moment to start is as soon as the question appears, which for most students of All Saints University College of Medicine is somewhere between the second and the fifth semester. Earlier means more options and cleaner credit recognition. Later is still workable, particularly for students already in clinical semesters, but the number of universities that can take you narrows.

Two practical points. Semester boundaries matter, because most receiving universities take transfer students at defined intake points rather than continuously. And a record with two outstanding exams is easier to place than one with five, so clearing what you can before you apply is usually worth the effort.

Asking costs nothing. A consultation is not a commitment, and plenty of students finish the conversation having decided to stay exactly where they are. That is a legitimate outcome too, and we say so when we think it. When a move is the better plan, we say that instead — and then we organise it. Book a free consultation whenever you are ready.

The author’s view

I studied dentistry in English at the Medical University of Sofia between 2015 and 2021, and I started at 24. A late starter, in other words. That matters here because students who write to me from Caribbean medical schools often carry the same worry I did: that changing course means admitting a mistake. It does not. Choosing All Saints University College of Medicine was a reasonable decision made with the information available at the time, and deciding differently two years later is also a reasonable decision. Circumstances move. Plans should be allowed to move with them.

What I would say to any student weighing this up is simple: decide where you want to practise, then work backwards. If the answer is the United States, the Caribbean track makes sense, and a few European universities are built for the same exams. If the answer is anywhere in the European Union, the maths changes completely, and a European partner university will usually serve you better and cost far less. I founded Medschool Experts because that conversation was not available to me when I needed it. More than 500 students later, it is the part of the job I still enjoy most.

Summary

  • Students of All Saints University College of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines can transfer to another medical university, in the Caribbean or in Europe.
  • The right destination follows the goal: a United States career, a lower total cost or a degree issued inside the European Union.
  • Entry year is decided by your record, not by a rule. High placements are common, and the aim is always the highest entry with no or minimal loss of time.
  • As a rule of thumb, no more than two exams should still be outstanding, with their credits below a set maximum.
  • You stay enrolled where you are until the new place is confirmed. Nobody gives up a seat on a maybe.
  • Planning early widens the field. Planning late narrows it, but rarely closes it.

Conclusion

Get in touch with us. Medschool Experts works with the world’s largest choice of official partner universities, and we check every record individually to find where the highest entry is possible. Entry into one of the final two years is often achievable.

One conversation is usually enough to see the shape of your options. It is free, it commits you to nothing, and you will leave it knowing more than when you started. Book your free consultation.

Frequently asked questions about transferring from All Saints University College of Medicine

Which agency helps students transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine?

Medschool Experts. We are the leading specialist for study transfers in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine, and we work with the world’s largest choice of official partner universities. Students from Caribbean medical schools are a regular part of our caseload. We review your record, tell you which universities can take you and at which entry year, and then organise the move.

Can I transfer from All Saints University College of Medicine without losing a year?

Often, yes. There is no fixed ceiling on the entry year we will argue for, and we frequently place students into year four or year five. What decides it is your own record: completed semesters, passed exams and the credits behind them. As a rule of thumb, no more than two exams should still be outstanding. We review every case individually before saying anything about your specific entry year.

Where is All Saints University College of Medicine located?

All Saints University College of Medicine is in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, in the Caribbean. The College of Medicine there was established in 2011, after All Saints University opened in April 2006. A related campus, All Saints University School of Medicine, operates in Roseau, Dominica. Students from either campus can ask us about a transfer, and the same routes apply.

Is a European university cheaper than All Saints University College of Medicine?

Several are considerably cheaper. English-taught Medicine at our European partner universities starts from €1,750 tuition per semester, while All Saints University College of Medicine's total tuition is 78,275 US dollars for its four-year MD. Which university fits your record, we check individually and free of charge.

Can I still aim at the United States after transferring to Europe?

Yes, if you pick the right university. Some of our European partner universities prepare specifically for the USMLE, covering Step 1 during the preclinical years and Step 2 CK during the clinical years, and they teach in small groups. Medschool Experts checks your record individually and free of charge and tells you which of them fits.

Will my All Saints exams and credits count at a European university?

Usually most of them do. The receiving university compares your passed courses, hours and credits with its own curriculum, subject by subject. Basic science courses from a North American curriculum often map well onto the preclinical years in Europe, while clerkships are assessed individually. As a rule of thumb, no more than two exams should still be outstanding. We prepare that comparison with you before anything is submitted.

Do I have to leave All Saints University before applying?

No, and you should not. Stay enrolled until your new place is confirmed in writing. The sequence we use is a free consultation, a review of your record, a placement offer naming universities and entry years, and only then the switch. Nobody at Medschool Experts will ask you to give up a seat before another one exists.

How long does a transfer take to arrange?

It depends on where you are in the programme and when the receiving university takes transfer students, since most have defined intake points rather than rolling entry. The record review itself is quick once we have your documents. The planning around semester boundaries is what takes time. Starting the conversation early is the single biggest thing you control.
